  Risk and emergency management are the key starting points to creating an action plan for any incident or disaster. Without a deliberate emergency management plan in place, lack of direction and organization can extend response times, action times, and recovery times, should an incident occur.  We believe that having organized and intentional action plans in place is the pillar of building solid response and disaster recovery plans.

  This assessment is driven to assess every situational response plan written by the business, and it will review every action plan in detail to determine if any pertinent information or action items may be missing. We also review all evacuation plans, bomb threat plans, and anything else related to emergency management and incident response. If you do not have any of these plans written, that is more than okay, also. Instead of focusing our time and attention on assessing your current plans and procedures, we will shift to assessing your location and threat vectors. We will work on creating risk assessments for possible threats, disasters, and more. We will also assist in pointing you in the correct direction to get these plans written. We can also aid in creating evacuation plans and procedures by evaluating the current environment and layout of the entire location. 

  This assessment is important for all industries as it helps strengthen plans already written, as well as assists in getting these plans finalized before something happens. Whether this be a large or small business, a church, school or any other industry, disaster is a real threat whether man made of natural. This type of threat is never going away, and although nothing may have happened yet, the more you proactively prepare now, the faster your response and recovery time will be.

 We recommend a yearly evaluation for businesses that already have action plans in place. For others that may not have these plans and procedures finalized, we recommend a recurring, quarterly evaluation. We want to ensure that these new plans of action have been tested and have you in a place of comfort so that your business is ready to proactively handle any situation instead of reactively stumbling through it.
